New Facebook Group for International Students at Doncaster College

I thought it was about time I created this group - students often add me on Facebook so it's a great way for them to keep in touch. We are always talking about creating an Alumni group as well so this is a good way to do it.

The picture above is one I posted to the group - it's our recent group of Chinese teachers meeting the Mayor.

I've been reading the BBC's annual "Sound of Next Year" list, and two artists I noticed sat together were Lady Gaga and La Roux.

Both of them are exciting female electronic artists, and their current singles are receiving a lot of airplay. La Roux's edges it for me - just that little bit more cool and credible.

Presenting Detox De-Luxe bar as Doncaster's Newest Bar

It used to be known as Silks and has had a massive face lift recently.

In keeping with forward thinking philosophy of the revamp, there is to be a new cutting edge Indie/Alternative night being launched on Thursday 24th April featuring my good self on the wheels of steel.

April 1st, the first day of my blog. Doncaster Rovers lose to Leeds United 1-0 at home. Here are the opening scenes from the game. Eleven heroes come running onto the pitch to face the West Yorkshire Whites for the first time at home since 1956 when we lost at Belle View 2-1.
